Key Responsibilities
Material Invoicing & Order Coordination
Ensure accurate invoicing of materials, coordinate with the internal team for dispatch, and maintain proper documentation for all customer orders.
Quotation Preparation & Submission
Prepare skilled quotations for instruments, reagents, and consumables based on customer requirements. Share quotations promptly and ensure compliance with pricing guidelines and company policies.Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Customer Communication & Follow‑ups
Coordination with Internal Teams
