We are inviting applications for Manager - Medical Services

Qualification - BDS/BAMS/BHMS with MBA

Experience - 5+ yrs.
Manage day-to-day operations of all clinical departments.
Coordinate with consultants, RMOs, nursing teams, and allied health specialists.
Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, ICU, Emergency, OT, and specialty services.
Monitor patient flow and clinical service efficiency.
Resolve operational issues impacting patient care.
Coordinate onboarding, credentialing, and privileging of consultants and RMOs.
Maintain consultant agreements, schedules, and performance records.
Ensure timely renewal of licenses, registrations, and certifications.
Facilitate communication between medical staff and management.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, clinical protocols, and hospital policies.
Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives,



and accreditation activities.
Monitor departmental quality indicators and clinical outcomes.
Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
Organize CMEs, clinical training programs, and skill development sessions.
Ensure mandatory training compliance for medical staff.
Coordinate departmental induction and orientation programs.
Support continuous career development initiatives.
Prepare monthly medical services reports and dashboards.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Present departmental performance reports to management.
Analyze trends and recommend improvement strategies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,682.80 per month
