Roles & Responsibilities
Minimum 5+ years of experience is required in Transplant segment sales in Medical devices.
Promote and sell medical devices and consumables used in transplant procedures, including general transplant, liver transplant, kidney transplant, and related specialties.
Build and maintain solid relationships with transplant surgeons, nephrologists, hepatologists, OT staff, and hospital procurement teams.
Identify and develop recent business opportunities within transplant centers, hospitals, and specialty clinics.
Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth within the transplant segment.
Provide product demonstrations, in-theatre support, and clinical assistance during transplant procedures when required.
Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on product usage, features,



and clinical advantages.
Work closely with hospital stakeholders to ensure product approvals, onboarding, and repeat business.
Track and manage tenders, institutional sales processes, and rate contracts for transplant-related products.
Monitor competitor activities, product positioning, and pricing strategies in the transplant market.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
