Generate B2C leads through WhatsApp, social media, references, campaigns, and other channels.
Follow up with enquiries received through the website, social media, advertisements, walk-ins, and phone calls.
Maintain an active pipeline of prospective customers.
Identify current customer segments and opportunities for increasing direct bookings.
Sales & Conversion
Promote resort rooms, stay packages, weekend packages, holiday packages, day-out packages, activities, events, and special offers.
Understand customer requirements such as budget, dates, number of guests, occasion
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with customers from enquiry to booking.
Provide accurate information regarding room categories, facilities, inclusions, policies, and availability.
Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
Handle customer objections and resolve sales-related concerns professionally.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
