Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL. You will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs. Responsibilities
Design and develop robust software solutions using Java Spring Boot and JavaScript to meet business requirements.
Implement and maintain scalable applications on AWS ensuring high availability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship current features.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
Optimize SQL queries and database structures to improve application performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.
Ensure software solutions are secure effective and scalable.




Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality software that enhances user experience and drives business success.

Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture.
Demonstrate proficiency in Java Spring Boot and JavaScript for developing enterprise applications.
Exhibit expertise in SQL and database management particularly with MySQL.
Have experience in a hybrid work model demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Show a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
