As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework and architecture that aligns with organizational objectives and performance standards. This role includes thorough documentation of the deployment of cloud security controls and overseeing the smooth transition to cloud security-managed operations. The position requires continuous evaluation and refinement of security measures to ensure robust protection and operational efficiency within the cloud environment, while coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the design and implementation of security strategies that support cloud infrastructure and services.
Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance and best practices.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their qualified growth.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
Solid knowledge of identity and access management principles and practices.
Experience in designing and implementing cloud security architectures.
Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory compliance standards relevant to cloud environments.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
