Fabric Pandit is a growing fashion and apparel brand committed to building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional products. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter who has experience hiring for the fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Prepare and roll out offer letters and support the onboarding process.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of recruitment experience.
Experience hiring for the Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, Luxury, or Retail industry is preferred.




Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.

1–3 years of recruitment experience.
Experience hiring for the Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, Luxury, or Retail industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
