Mahalakshmi Beauty Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager/Store Manager to oversee daily salon operations, lead the team, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.
Lead, motivate, and develop salon team members to achieve performance goals.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Monitor and improve salon sales, service revenue, and retail performance.
Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity management.
Maintain salon hygiene, operational standards, and service quality.
Manage inventory, stock control, and product ordering.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Execute promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and brand standards.
Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly business reports.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in salon, spa, hospitality, retail, or service industry management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Sales-oriented with a proven ability to achieve targets.
Valuable knowledge of business operations and staff management.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
