Assistant Facility Manager (AFM) – Electrical

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 4–7 years in Facility Management / Commercial or IT Facilities

Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day electrical facility operations and maintenance.
Supervise and coordinate electrical technicians and engineers.
Handle HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS, transformers, APFC panels, batteries and electrical distribution systems.
Plan and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance (BM) activities.
Ensure uninterrupted power supply and quick resolution of electrical breakdowns.
Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for energy saving.
Ensure statutory electrical safety requirements and compliance.
Maintain equipment records, checklists, logbooks and maintenance reports.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and service activities.




Conduct regular site inspections and ensure secure working practices.
Monitor AMC activities and ensure timely completion of scheduled services.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
Handle client coordination and address facility-related electrical concerns.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, PTW and LOTO procedures.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
