Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and financial controls. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, reconciliation, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank transactions.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.
Perform and review bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Ensure timely filing and compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial institutions.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance reports, and financial analyses.
Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls.
Review invoices, expenses, purchase transactions, and payment approvals.




Monitor outstanding customer balances and follow up on collections.
Supervise and guide the accounts team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documentation.
Assist management with financial analysis and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable accounting standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CA Inter / CMA / ACCA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
4 to 6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Robust knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation practices.
Experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP/TallyPrime, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or similar systems.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
