Academic Counsellor
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives
Experience: 1+ Year (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
Job Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career prospects.
Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain student databases and update CRM records.
Achieve admission and revenue targets.
Conduct counselling sessions, presentations, and career guidance activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sales and counselling abilities.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Target-oriented mindset.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
