Required Experience
3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing/production workplace.
Experience in carbonated beverage, FMCG, bottling or packaging manufacturing will be preferred.
Hands-on experience with production machinery is highly desirable.
Experience supervising machine operators and production workers is required.
Technical Skills
The candidate should have practical knowledge of:
Mechanical troubleshooting
Basic electrical troubleshooting
Pneumatic systems
Motors, sensors and switches
Conveyors
Filling/capping machinery
Labelling machinery
Packing machinery
Preventive maintenance
Machine changeover
Production-line troubleshooting
Knowledge of PLC-controlled machinery will be an added advantage.
