We are looking for a responsible and experienced Packaging Supervisor to manage the packing of finished furniture products and ensure secure, proper and timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the packing team and daily packaging activities
Ensure chairs, tables, sofas and other furniture are packed properly
Check products for quality, damage and finishing before packing
Ensure proper use of foam, bubble wrap, cardboard, plastic, corner protection and other packing materials
Plan and manage packaging according to daily dispatch requirements
Ensure products are packed securely to prevent damage during transportation
Coordinate with production, QC, warehouse and dispatch teams
Check product quantity and packing status before dispatch
Maintain packaging material stock and inform management about requirements
Ensure proper labeling and identification of packed products
Train and manage packaging workers
Maintain daily packaging and dispatch records
Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness
Requirements
Experience in furniture packaging / manufacturing / warehouse operations preferred
Good team-handling and supervision skills
Ability to manage multiple orders and dispatch requirements
Basic computer/ERP knowledge will be an advantage
Good attention to detail
Responsible and hardworking
Ability to coordinate with different departments
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
