We are looking for an energetic and confident Caller Executive to promote and generate leads for our innovative COM K9 Mini PC.
The COM K9 is an all-in-one compact computing solution featuring an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor, Radeon 890M graphics, 32GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD, 7" Full HD touchscreen and a built-in projector capable of projecting up to 100 inches. It also comes with Windows 11 Pro, Wi-Fi 7 and multiple connectivity options.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
Explain the key features and advantages of the COM K9 in a simple and convincing manner.
Identify customer requirements and understand their use cases.
Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Qualify leads and arrange product demos or discussions with the sales team.
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Handle basic customer questions regarding product specifications, configuration and availability.
Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Who Can Apply?
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales,
telesales or customer support.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Valuable Hindi and English communication skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic knowledge of computers and technology is preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow up consistently and work towards targets.
