Turner / Manual Lathe Operator will be responsible for operating conventional/manual lathe machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications. The candidate should have knowledge of turning, facing, boring, drilling, threading, taper turning, grooving and knurling operations. Responsibilities include setting workpieces and cutting tools, adjusting speed/feed/depth of cut, reading mechanical drawings, and checking dimensions using Vernier caliper, micrometer, dial gauge and other measuring instruments. The candidate should maintain required tolerances and surface finish, perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshoot machining issues, and follow safety and quality standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
