Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media
Assist customers with product information and enquiries
Follow up with potential customers and help convert enquiries into sales
Provide order-related and after-sales support
Maintain customer records and follow-up details
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Coordinate with the team for smooth order processing
Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Malayalam and English
Friendly, patient, and skilled approach
Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills
Ability to communicate confidently with customers
Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or customer relations is an advantage
