Address patient inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-office and lounge setting.
Build positive, long-term relationships with patients to enhance retention and trust.
Manage the clinic's front-desk operations, including answering phone calls, handling emails, and managing WhatsApp queries.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments efficiently using the clinic's management software.
Coordinate with Doctors, nursing staff, and administrative teams to optimize patient flow and minimize waiting times.
Register recent patients,



create digital/physical case files, and ensure accurate data entry.
Handle daily billing, generate invoices for consultations, treatments, or procedures, and process payments (Cash, Cards, UPI).
Maintain exact daily accounts, manage cash registers, and hand over closing financial reports at the end of each shift.
Brief patients clearly regarding the cost of treatments, packages, or clinical policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
