Job Summary

Arvi E Energies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Solar Business Development Specialist with 2+ years of experience in Solar EPC Sales. The role involves generating leads, developing customer relationships, managing solar sales, and achieving business targets.

Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and market research.
Develop B2B industrial and commercial solar business and B2C residential sales.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to order closure.
Maintain customer relationships and sales records.




Coordinate with technical and project teams.
Track leads, sales activities, and business targets.
Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in Solar EPC Sales.
Experience in B2B and B2C solar sales.
Knowledge of rooftop solar and basic EPC processes.
Solid communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Positive lead-generation and customer-handling abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel across Madhya Pradesh.
