Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for marketplace management, product listings, sales performance, inventory coordination, promotions, and overall e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho,india mart,alibaba, and the company website.
Create, update and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords and pricing.
Monitor daily online sales, orders, returns, cancellations and customer issues.
Develop strategies to increase online sales and marketplace visibility.
Manage marketplace promotions, discounts and campaigns.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse/operations teams.
Analyze sales, revenue, conversion rate and other e-commerce performance metrics.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online advertising and promotions.
Monitor competitors, pricing and market trends.




Ensure accurate product information and timely order processing.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales/performance reports.
Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve operational issues.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / Meesho or similar platforms.
Good knowledge of Excel and sales reporting.
Understanding of product listing SEO and marketplace advertising.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and tasks simultaneously.

Qualification
Graduate in bca bba , Marketing, Commerce or a related field preferred.
Relevant e-commerce experience will be given preference.
