PostgreSQL + pgvector schemas for claims, customers, policies, sessions, and audit logs — used by every product.
Insurer and TPA API integrations — the connector layer bringing live policy and claims data into the platform.
Policy Servicing Agent — endorsement, renewal, and nominee change workflows over WhatsApp.

Web Chat Widget — real-time claims chatbot embedded in Basket Option's website and client portals.
Broker Portal — claims tracker, compliance monitor, portfolio co-pilot, renewal pipeline.
Corporate Client Portal — claims experience, portfolio analytics, renewal management.
WhatsApp Flow Design — message templates, interactive buttons, media upload flows for the Claims AI Chatbot.
Admin Dashboard — internal tool for claims ops to monitor AI performance, manage exceptions, handle escalations.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
