IEMS Cochin Institute is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counselor to join our team.
Location: Cochin
Experience: Minimum 1 year in the EdTech Industry
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career prospects
Handle enquiries and convert leads into admissions
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and other channels
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
Achieve admission and conversion targets
Maintain accurate lead and student records
Coordinate with the academic and sales teams
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech / Education Counselling*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust convincing and counselling abilities
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Valuable knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools will be an advantage
