Job Summary:
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Civil Project Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities and develop client relationships for civil construction and interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting company services, preparing proposals, and coordinating with the technical and project teams to convert leads into projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads for civil construction and project work.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
Visit project sites and client offices to understand project requirements.
Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Follow up with prospective clients and track leads until project finalization.
Coordinate with the estimation, design, and project teams for technical and commercial requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and upcoming construction projects.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Maintain regular records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and project status.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, MBA Marketing, or a relevant qualification.
2–5 years of experience in civil construction/project marketing/business development.
Good knowledge of civil construction and project execution.
Robust communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
Robust networking and business development skills.

Location: Delhi NCR / As per project requirement
Experience: 2–5 Years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
