We are looking for an experienced OTA & Revenue Executive to manage online travel agency platforms, optimize room rates and availability, and support revenue growth across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities
Manage OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc.
Maintain accurate room rates, availability, inventory, packages, and promotions across OTAs.
Monitor rate parity and competitor pricing regularly.
Update and manage room types, descriptions, photos, policies, and other OTA content.
Handle OTA bookings, modifications, cancellations, and related issues.
Monitor property performance, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue trends.
Assist in developing pricing and promotional strategies to maximize revenue.
Monitor competitor rates and market trends.
Coordinate with the Reservations, Front Office, Sales, and Operations teams.
Prepare regular OTA and revenue performance reports.
Manage extranet accounts and coordinate with OTA market managers when required.
Identify opportunities to improve online visibility, bookings, and revenue.




Ensure proper use and synchronization of Channel Manager / PMS systems.

Requirements
1–3 years of relevant experience in OTA Management, Revenue Management, Reservations, or Hotel E-commerce.
Solid knowledge of major OTA platforms and hotel extranets.
Experience with Channel Manager and PMS systems.
Good understanding of hotel pricing, inventory, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Ability to monitor multiple properties/accounts simultaneously.
Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience handling multiple hotels/properties.
Knowledge of revenue management strategies.
Experience in OTA promotions and campaigns.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
