Collaboration and continuous enhancement of software functionalities are key aspects of your role, enabling seamless integration and performance across multiple platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within enterprise systems.
Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management across applications.
Competence in performance tuning and optimization of software solutions.
