Technical Skills
Above 2 year work experience.
Must possess Intelligence and Aptitude to grasp things.
Should have worked on cloud, web based multi-user environment using .NET 3.5/ AJAX / MVC/ WCF/ JQuery / SQL SERVER.
Excellent database concepts in SQL 2008 / SSRS/ SSIS/ Performance Tuning
Excellent GUI and Report designing skills.
Must Understand and be valuable in documentation – this includes writing pseudocode, making data flow diagrams
Non-Technical Skills
Should be a valuable team player, and should have capability to manage a team.
Should possess Good communication (written and Spoken) and Presentation skills.
Willing to take Initiative
Should be in habit of constantly upgrading knowledge levels and learning current things.
