Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and system issues
Diagnose Laptop, Desktop, PC, Motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, CPU and power issues
Perform hardware installation, replacement, repair and maintenance
Troubleshoot Windows OS, drivers, peripherals and connectivity issues
Handle hardware testing, preventive maintenance and technical support
Maintain service records and coordinate with vendors when required.

Requirements:
Diploma/BE/BTech in Electronics, Computer Science, IT or related field
Hands-on experience in IT Hardware Troubleshooting & Repair
Valuable knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware, Windows, BIOS, drivers and networking
Experience with multimeter and hardware diagnostic tools
