About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our BMW Motorrad dealership in Indore.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, MS Excel, bank reconciliation, customer/vendor accounting and dealership billing. Experience in an automobile dealership, preferably premium/luxury automotive, will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses and journal entries.
Prepare and verify invoices for motorcycle sales, service, spare parts, accessories and other dealership transactions.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and ensure timely reconciliation.
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Perform regular bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation and customer/vendor reconciliation.
Monitor customer outstanding payments and coordinate with the Sales and Service teams for timely collection.
Verify purchase invoices,



expense bills and supporting documents.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle, spare parts and accessories-related transactions.
Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance and coordinate with consultants/auditors as required.
Assist in preparation of monthly MIS, financial statements and management reports.
Maintain daily cash, bank and collection records.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs regarding customer finance and payment-related documentation.
Support warranty, insurance and other dealership-related accounting transactions.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, Administration and Management for finance-related matters.
