We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to design, develop, and improve mechanical components, assemblies, and systems. The role involves converting engineering requirements into practical designs, preparing detailed drawings and documentation, and collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and other engineering teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and manufacturable products.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems based on project requirements.
Create accurate 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, and detailed engineering documentation.
Apply engineering principles related to mechanics, materials, manufacturing, and machine design.
Perform basic engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, and design verification.
Apply GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and appropriate engineering standards.
Select suitable materials, fasteners, bearings, motors,



and other mechanical components.
Prepare and maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials) and product specifications.
Work closely with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure designs are practical and cost-effective to manufacture.
Support prototype development, testing, validation, and design modifications.
Identify and resolve design, manufacturing, and product-performance issues.
Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement activities.
Maintain engineering drawings, revisions, and design documentation according to company procedures.
Ensure designs comply with applicable safety, quality, and industry standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
