Looking for an experienced, target-driven Spa Manager with minimum 2 years’ experience in spa/wellness/hospitality operations.Key Responsibilities: Manage complete daily spa operations, front desk, appointments, therapist/team schedules, hygiene and service quality. Handle clients personally, resolve concerns and maintain premium customer experience. Drive monthly revenue, memberships, upselling, cross-selling, repeat bookings and lead conversion. Follow up enquiries/old clients, generate bookings and achieve individual/team sales targets. Monitor staff productivity, room readiness, payments and daily business performance. Maintain daily reports covering appointments, sales, memberships, commitments vs achievement, payment breakup and shortfall reasons.Skills: Robust sales ability, team leadership and excellent English/Hindi/Marathi communication. Target-oriented with complete ownership of business performance

Pay: ₹14,632.58 - ₹25,008.97 per month
