Provide direct patient care according to the doctor’s orders and hospital protocols.
Monitor and record vital signs, patient condition, intake/output, and other clinical observations.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during clinical procedures, examinations, and emergency situations.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
Prepare patients for procedures, investigations, surgeries, and discharge.
Monitor patients after procedures and immediately report any changes in condition to the doctor/senior nurse.
Follow proper infection control, hand hygiene, biomedical waste management, and patient safety practices.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper availability of nursing equipment and supplies.
Educate patients and attendants regarding medications, treatment, diet,



hygiene, and discharge instructions.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments for smooth patient care.
Assist in admission, transfer, discharge, and emergency care processes.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, nursing protocols, and safety procedures.
Participate in shift handovers, training programs, audits, and quality-improvement activities.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
