Job Description – Mother Teacher (Pre-Primary / Nursery-KG)Position: Mother Teacher (Pre-Primary / Nursery-KG)Qualification:
Senior Secondary (12th) with minimum 50% marks, OR
Graduation in any discipline.
Diploma/Certificate in Nursery Teacher Education (NTT) / ECCE, minimum 2-year duration, recognized by NCTE/State authority.
B.Ed. with Pre-Primary/ECCE specialization may also be accepted.

Additional Skills / Preferred Knowledge:
Knowledge of the Montessori method and early childhood education practices.
Basic computer literacy.
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to handle and engage young children with patience and care.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and age-appropriate learning activities for Nursery, LKG and UKG students.
Plan and implement play-based, activity-based,



and experiential learning activities.
Develop children’s basic academic, social, emotional, communication, and motor skills.
Create a secure, positive, caring, and stimulating classroom workplace.
Monitor students’ participation, learning progress, behaviour, and development.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children’s progress and classroom activities.
Assist in organizing school events, celebrations, activities, and other co-curricular programmes.
Maintain classroom records and complete assigned academic and administrative tasks on time
