Job Summary

We are seeking an Inventory & Supply Planning Executive to manage inventory levels, support demand-supply planning activities, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure smooth material availability for production and business operations. The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills, experience in inventory management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support business and production requirements.
Perform demand forecasting and supply planning to ensure material availability.
Analyze inventory data, stock movements, lead times, and consumption trends.
Prepare inventory reports, MIS dashboards, and planning reports using Excel and reporting tools.
Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmations, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
Track shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving stock, and recommend corrective actions.




Ensure adherence to inventory control processes and supply chain best practices.
Support logistics and supply chain operations to improve delivery performance and inventory accuracy.

Required Skills
Experience in Inventory Management and Demand-Supply Planning.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Reporting, Data Analysis).
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Supplier Coordination and Logistics Management experience.
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
