Location: RM Restaurant, RM Mall, Cuddalore Main Road, Murungapakkam, Pondicherry

Walk-in Interview: Monday to Friday
Interview Time: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide courteous and professional service.
Take customer orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen team.
Serve food and beverages to customers promptly.
Generate bills accurately using the restaurant billing/POS system.
Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions responsibly.
Maintain accurate billing and payment records.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Explicit and reset tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Respond to customer queries and assist with their requirements.
Handle basic customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.




Ensure the billing counter and service area are clean and organised.
Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and restaurant service standards.
Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Management.

Requirements
Positive communication and customer-service skills.
Basic computer/POS and cash-handling knowledge.
Valuable numerical and billing skills.
Polite, presentable, punctual, and customer-friendly.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Previous restaurant billing or serving experience is preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
