Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven “Sr. Social Media Manager” to lead our social media presence, digital marketing initiatives, brand communications, PR activities, and email marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in social media management, content creation, copywriting, graphic design, paid advertising, bulk email marketing, analytics, and corporate communications. The candidate should be able to independently plan and execute campaigns while maintaining a consistent and skilled brand identity across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, schedule, publish, and monitor content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Develop engaging social media posts, blogs, articles, announcements, and marketing communications while maintaining consistent brand messaging.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns, including Meta and LinkedIn Ads, while managing budgets.
Plan and execute bulk email campaigns, including database management, segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.




Draft and distribute skilled press releases and coordinate with media outlets, journalists, PR agencies, and external partners.
Design engaging social media, email, advertising, and marketing creatives using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, prepare reports, and implement strategies to improve reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, communications, PR, or a similar role.
Robust understanding of LinkedIn, bulk mailing, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads Manager, social media analytics.
Hands-on experience with bulk email marketing and email campaign management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of employer branding strategies is a plus.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
