· Create, develop, and manage BIM models (primarily in Revit) for corporate interior and fit-out projects.
· Ensure models adhere to company BIM standards, templates, naming conventions, and Level of Detail (LOD) requirements.
· Update and maintain project models throughout all stages of design and execution. Generate construction drawings, GFC drawings, detailed drawings, and schedules from BIM models.
· Ensure all drawings and documents are updated, well-organized, and delivered within timelines.
· To Implement BIM workflows, standards, and protocols across all projects.
· Stay updated with current software versions, industry trends, and BIM advancements.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
