We are looking for a Matrimonial Counselor who will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients, understanding their matrimonial requirements, providing suitable guidance, and assisting them in selecting appropriate matrimonial services or membership plans.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective clients through phone calls and other communication channels.
Understand clients' matrimonial requirements, preferences, and expectations.
Explain matrimonial services, membership plans, and available facilities.
Counsel clients regarding suitable matrimonial services based on their requirements.
Follow up regularly with prospective and existing clients.
Assist clients with registration and membership processes.
Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions professionally.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, registrations, and client interactions.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling, registration, and conversion targets.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and matrimonial profiles.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity reports to the reporting manager.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive communication skills in Odia, English and Hindi.
Solid counseling and convincing abilities.
Pleasant and confident telephone communication.
Good listening and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive follow-up and organizational skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in telecalling, counseling, customer service, sales, or matrimonial services will be an advantage.
Candidates should be comfortable communicating with clients over the phone.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
