We are looking for an HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, leave management, payroll support, and HR documentation. The candidate should be organized, approachable, and capable of handling employee-related activities professionally.
Responsibilities
Handle recruitment and interview coordination, employee onboarding, attendance and leave records, HR documentation, payroll inputs, employee queries, and internal HR communication. Support employee engagement, company policy implementation, performance review coordination, and general HR administration while maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
