We are looking for a skilled and reliable Laptop & Computer Technician to join our team in Calicut. The candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in laptop and desktop repair and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and computer hardware.
Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
Handle laptop/desktop component replacement and upgrades.
Identify issues with RAM, SSD/HDD, motherboard, display, keyboard, battery, charging ports, etc.
Install and configure Windows and required software.
Perform OS installation, formatting, driver installation, and system setup.
Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues.
Perform regular maintenance and servicing of computers and laptops.
Test repaired devices and ensure they are functioning properly.
Maintain proper records of devices received for repair and their service status.
Handle customer devices carefully and professionally.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Laptop/Computer Technician.
Positive knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Windows installation, formatting, drivers, and software setup.
Basic knowledge of networking is an advantage.
Ability to diagnose hardware problems independently.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
ITI/Diploma/technical certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
