Key Responsibilities
Lead and Inquiry Management: Handle inbound sales inquiries from phone, email, or B2B platforms like IndiaMART and qualify potential leads.
Quotations and Proposals: Prepare and send accurate price quotes, commercial proposals, and product catalogs to clients.
Order Processing: Execute purchase orders (POs), track sales pipelines, and coordinate item dispatch or service delivery with operations and logistics teams.
CRM and Data Maintenance: Update customer details, track interactions, and manage sales records daily using CRM software or MS Excel.
Customer Follow-Ups: Follow up with clients regarding pending orders, documentation, delivery status, and payment collections.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities, lead conversions, and pending tasks for management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
