Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity take-offs from drawings.
Perform detailed quantity estimation for civil construction works.
Prepare client bills, subcontractor bills, and running account (RA) bills.
Verify measurements and quantities at project sites.
Monitor project costs, material consumption, and budget variations.
Prepare rate analysis, quotations, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
Maintain measurement books, billing records, and project documentation.
Review drawings and identify quantity variations and discrepancies.
Assist in project planning, budgeting, and final account settlements.
