Job Responsibilities
Generate Gold Loan customers through field visits, cold calling, references, and marketing activities.
Follow up on branch leads and convert them into customers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Meet at least 10 recent customers daily and maintain daily sales reports.
Explain Gold Loan schemes, interest, renewal, and other product details to customers.
Coordinate with the branch team for smooth customer onboarding.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and customer meetings.
Build valuable customer relationships and generate referrals.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Gold Loan / Banking / NBFC / Sales.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Experience in field sales and lead generation.
Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
