We are seeking a US Truck Dispatch Trainer who can bring hands-on industry experience into the classroom and help candidates build practical knowledge of the US trucking and freight dispatch process.
What You’ll Do:
Train candidates on the complete US dispatch cycle, from finding loads to final delivery.
Explain load boards, load booking, rate negotiation, and carrier handling.
Teach practical usage of DAT, Truckstop, broker communication, and dispatch software.
Cover US freight lanes, HOS, documentation, and day-to-day dispatch procedures.
Conduct mock calls and practical exercises based on real industry situations.
Help students develop skilled communication and negotiation skills.
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of hands-on experience in US Truck Dispatching / Logistics.
Knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, freight booking, and rate negotiation.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Candidates with practical US trucking industry exposure will be preferred.
