JOB DESCRIPTION

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with colleges and academic institutions.

· Effectively communicate and promote the company’s IT courses and career-oriented training programmes.

· Promote and coordinate industry-oriented training programmes aligned with current industry requirements.

· Develop and facilitate workshops, seminars, technical sessions, and awareness programmes for students.

· Promote and coordinate internship-oriented programmes to provide students with practical industry exposure.

· Identify and develop new institutional business opportunities through regular college visits and networking.

· Engage with key college stakeholders, including Principals, Placement Officers, HODs, faculty members, and training coordinators.

· Deliver skilled presentations and effectively communicate the value and perks of the company’s programmes.





· Generate student leads and convert institutional opportunities into student enrolments and training partnerships

· Conduct regular follow-ups with colleges and ensure timely communication and closure of opportunities.

· Maintain accurate records of college interactions, leads, meetings, follow-ups, and business opportunities.

· Achieve assigned institutional outreach, lead-generation, partnership, and enrolment targets.

Pay: From ₹325,000.00 per year
