Position: CCTV Surveillance Operator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a vigilant and responsible CCTV Surveillance Operator to monitor our company's surveillance systems, identify suspicious activities, and ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor live CCTV feeds and security systems throughout the shift.
Identify, report, and document any suspicious or unusual activities.
Immediately notify management or security personnel of security incidents.
Maintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, and daily activities.
Review recorded footage when required for investigations.
Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding surveillance footage and company information.
Follow company security protocols and standard operating procedures.





Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations is preferred.
Positive observation skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to remain focused during long monitoring periods.
Robust communication and reporting skills.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.

Preferred Skills
Experience with CCTV and access control systems.
Ability to stay calm and respond appropriately during emergencies.
Strong integrity, reliability, and professionalism.

Work Schedule: Full time (Shift-based)

Location: Ghatkopar (Mumbai)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
