Job Opening – Cash-In Team Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor daily Cash-In requests and ensure timely clearance.
Handle RT & DI requests, verification, and transaction monitoring.
Manage and allocate funds to vendors, banking partners, and payment partners.
Monitor bank balances, settlements, fund transfers, and pending transactions.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, Finance, and Operations teams.
Handle daily reconciliation and maintain accurate MIS/reports.
Resolve failed, pending, and reversed transactions within defined TAT.
Manage and guide the Cash-In team and ensure SOP compliance.

Required Skills




Robust knowledge of Banking & Fintech Operations.
Good understanding of NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI and bank transactions.
Experience in fund management, reconciliation, and vendor settlements.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Robust communication, analytical, and team-management skills.
Ability to handle high-value transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.

Preferred: Experience in Fintech, Payment Operations, DMT, AEPS, BBPS, UPI, Payout or Banking Operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
