Kovai Consultancy Services (KCS) is looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our team in Coimbatore.

This is a paid six-month internship with an chance to move into a permanent Recruitment Associate role based on performance, learning ability, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain candidate records, trackers, and follow-ups
Support job posting, resume shortlisting, and recruitment documentation
Learn client handling, recruitment processes, and business communication

Who Can Apply
Final-year students or graduates from any discipline




Positive communication skills in English and Tamil
Interest in recruitment, HR, client coordination, and sales support
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and LinkedIn
Willingness to work from the office in Coimbatore

Internship Details
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: Paid internship
Location: Coimbatore – Work from Office
Conversion: Eligible for a permanent role after successful completion and performance review

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
