Key Responsibilities
Assist Chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
Wash, peel, cut and prepare vegetables and other ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas.
Clean and sanitize utensils, equipment and kitchen workstations.
Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning.
Properly store and organize food ingredients and kitchen supplies.
Assist in receiving and arranging kitchen materials.
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
Dispose of kitchen waste properly.
Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
Requirements
Previous kitchen/hotel/restaurant experience is preferred.
Freshers can also be considered.
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food handling.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.
Hardworking, responsible and punctual.
Immediate joiners preferred.
