Manage day-to-day facility and plant infrastructure activities.
Coordinate maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, UPS and other utilities.
Ensure proper functioning of facility services supporting PCB/SMT production areas.
Monitor housekeeping, security, pest control and waste management.
Maintain cleanliness within the facility.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for AMC and maintenance work.
Maintain records of maintenance, utilities, AMC, inspections and facility expenses.
Monitor fire safety equipment, emergency exits and basic safety requirements.
Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues and employee complaints.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Maintenance, and other departments for facility requirements.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
