Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company’s overall brand strategy and positioning.
Build and strengthen the brand presence across real estate markets and target audiences.
Plan and execute integrated marketing and branding campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Manage brand communication, creative campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, creative agencies, media partners, and other stakeholders.
Develop marketing strategies for new project launches and property campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and industry developments.
Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and visual communication across all platforms.
Plan and manage brand marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance.
Track key marketing and brand metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
Support sales teams with effective marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
Oversee social media, content, PR, events, exhibitions,



and other brand-building activities.

Requirements
10+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in the real estate sector is strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of real estate marketing, customer acquisition, and project branding.
Excellent communication, leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, advertising, PR, and content marketing.
Experience managing agencies, vendors, and marketing teams.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines and budgets.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant marketing/analytics tools.
