Faculty HR Management
Manage leave policies, attendance records, and HR-related documentation for all IFB faculties.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and address faculty-related HR concerns.
Operations & Data Management
Consolidate and maintain student and teacher-related operational data across all centers.
Prepare and share accurate reports to support academic and operational decision-making.
Feedback & Process Improvement
Collect, analyze, and maintain feedback from students, parents, and teachers.
Recommend and support implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra
